Depression is Real

Depression is real and can present with different symptoms. Some symptoms can include repeat negative thoughts, including doubt. These repeat thoughts can cause the self to have illusions of limitations.
Today I awoke with the thought of, what to move first? Should I sit with my coffee, enjoying it, then write a paragraph or two? Should I go outside in the yard and play ball with my forever energetic and attention seeking Standard poodle, Ziggy? Should I do some yard work? My mind and body seeking movement in tandem, awareness. I did all three.
A year ago, this connection would not have happened. Through Core Energetics, I have released anger allowing to stop the negative thought patterns caused by depression, creating a new self narrative.
