Before entering the counseling field, she spent six years working as a bodyworker and somatic practitioner, with extensive training in mindfulness, meditation, yoga, and nervous system regulation.

Christiana is drawn to therapy that honors the whole person, recognizing that our experiences are held not only in our thoughts and stories, but also in the body. She values a therapeutic relationship built on curiosity, collaboration, and genuine connection.

She especially enjoys working with creatives and individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity and belonging, and the lasting effects of childhood trauma. Her goal is to create a warm and supportive environment where curiosity, humor, and meaningful personal growth can coexist.
