Jaron is progressing through a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Rhode Island College. He also holds a Master of Public Administration degree and an undergraduate degree in Public Safety and Emergency Management.
Prior to his pursuit of the psychotherapy profession, Jaron enjoyed a career in global corporate security, investigations, and crisis management with companies such as Amazon, eBay, and Microsoft.
As a mental health clinician, he has experience working with adolescents and adults across the lifespan and with various intersectionalities. His specific clinical interests are in the topics of grief, death anxiety, therapy for artists & performers, athletics counseling, and workplace mental health. He takes a person-centered and existential approach while emphasizing compassion, open-mindedness, and collaboration.
