Therapy is often sought out when something isn’t working in our lives. My role in the therapeutic process is to provide you with the tools and feedback necessary to help you believe in yourself in a way that may not have seemed possible. In working with me, you can expect compassion and understanding as we collaborate together to explore your deepest desires and create realistic and rewarding ways to foster change.
My clinical experience and interests include working with individuals who identify on the LGBTQ+ spectrum, maintaining healthy relationships, cultivating and creating change, and those impacted by substance abuse/addiction. I work from a Solutions-Focused based approach and also incorporates components of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Reality Therapy to assist individuals in approaching their issues with structure and clarity.
