A graduate of the Clinical Mental Health and Counseling Master’s Program, focusing on Health and Behavior Medicine at William James College, Lisa brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her practice.
In addition to her formal education, Lisa holds a post-masters certification in Equine-Assisted Mental Health from the University of Denver, reflecting her unique expertise in understanding and interpreting animal behaviors. Her approach often incorporates this specialized knowledge, creating a therapeutic environment that can be particularly effective for her clients.
Outside of her professional life, Lisa is a devoted animal lover. As a beekeeper and horseback rider, she cherishes her relationships with her four-legged friends and finds joy in their company. Lisa is also an avid runner who loves pushing her boundaries, having completed both the Amsterdam and Detroit marathons.
