Chenoa Blot Ochoa is a proud multi-cultural, multi-national, multiple minority and multiple queer, indigenous artist and healer; her two main callings. “Healing in itself is an art, and art in itself is healing.” Chenoa incorporates this truth, as well as her training and experiences in the arts & other credentials in the mental health and wellness fields in her Holistic client-focused work with clients for over 10 years. She is also a multifaceted artist and published multi-lingual author. She holds a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, (University of Phoenix); specializes in womyn’s (women’s) and gender studies, human sexuality and holistic healing, and a BA in Psychology (University of PR). Separately she is certified and trained as a reiki energy healer and since 2021, has been training as a Hatha yogini. In 2024 she certified as a Holistic Life Coach (Radiant Coaches Academy). Chenoa has been trained and a faithful practitioner of Hatha Yoga and mindfulness for many years and has deepened even more her relationship with her indigenous roots and her spirituality.
Chenoa feels called to mental health and wellness field to serve with gratitude our LGBTIQAPD+ + community for all its given to her, as well as to ensure the best care for our rainbow family. She has vast experience working LGBTIQAPD + + clients including: Gender Diverse Clients; Queer, Non-Binary; Transitioning Clients; Two Spirit journeys; Sexual Diversity and ID Clients; Womyn on personal power reclaiming journeys, Relationship challenges (all types), Sexual and General Trauma, Depression, Anxiety, Life transitions, Spirituality Quests, among others. All while working (following her calling) within a holistic affirming care framework that honors clients’ soul, their values and beliefs, and their journey. She is committed to full transparency and presence; honoring a clients’ inner wisdom and intuition at all times. Chenoa is 100% bilingual (Spanish and English) and 70% French.
