Hello, and welcome! My name is Marie, and I’m a recent graduate with a Master’s in Social Work. Prior to earning my MSW, I spent several years as a case manager supporting children, youth, and their families through complex and often challenging life experiences. This foundation helped shape my deeply empathetic, person-centered approach to care.
I believe healing begins with feeling heard and understood. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences at their own pace. My work is grounded in empathy, active listening, and evidence-based practices, particularly cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), to support clients in identifying patterns, building resilience, and moving toward meaningful change.
