Hi! I’m Alicia and I’m a clinical mental health counselor. I provide talk therapy virtually to teens and adults.
I believe in the power of our own stories and experiences to help us identify our strengths and motivations and move through difficult moments in life. It’s easy to feel disconnected in our daily lives, and it’s hard to open up to others and ask for help. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental place to meet you where you are at and connect. Together we can navigate problems, ideas, life transitions, relationships, goals, dreams, nightmares, you name it.
Each of us move through the external world of people, places and things that define our daily lives. We also have rich, inner worlds which deserve our attention and curiosity. I can offer a place to safely explore your inner world and learn more about your strengths and capacity.
My approach is grounded in psychodynamic and narrative practice, and I will always tailor our work to your specific needs and goals.
