Hello, I am a LCSW with a strong background in supporting individuals and families through complex emotional and behavioral challenges with over 10 years of field experience.

I have experience supporting children, families, and adults in both child welfare and acute care settings. My work has involved collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to address complex emotional and behavioral needs, as well as supporting patients through psychiatric admissions, discharges, and emergency evaluations in hospital environments.

I offer a calm, steady, and compassionate space where clients can explore anxiety, trauma, and family-related stress. My goal is to help you feel understood, supported, and equipped with practical tools that promote lasting growth and clarity. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started. Let’s connect.
