Hannah (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master’s in Social Work from Boston University, and additional training in yoga (200-hour RYT), trauma-informed care, and group therapy. She brings an integrative, humanistic, and existential approach to therapy, holding space for the full complexity of who we are as individuals shaped by relationships, systems, and culture.
She is especially passionate about working with clients navigating intersectional identities—those making sense of how race, gender, sexuality, spirituality, and culture interact and influence their mental health. Hannah supports adults who are healing from trauma, moving through life transitions, exploring identity, and managing stress or anxiety. Her practice is inclusive, affirming, and grounded in a social justice lens.
In working with Hannah, you’ll be invited to approach yourself with curiosity, compassion, and honesty. Hannah integrates somatic and expressive therapies—such as guided visualization, breath work, or experiential exercises—where it feels helpful. Together, you’ll build a personalized toolbox of coping strategies, reflective practices, and values-based goals to support a deeper understanding of who you are and what matters most to you.
