Melissa Dasilva, LICSW, is the visionary founder of East Coast Mental Wellness, established in 2015 with a passionate mission to provide specialized mental health services for the LGBTQ+ community. She specializes in working with on gender-diverse individuals, artists, and entrepreneurs, Melissa has become a beacon of support and empowerment. Her dynamic approach, centered on a solution-focused model, helps clients break free from obstacles and embark on transformative healing journeys. Under her guidance, East Coast Mental Wellness has continued to grow and expand into other states including, Florida, Puerto Rico, Arizona and Illinois.  

Melissa is also an artist, author and creator of the successful LGBTQ+ podcasts Pride Connections and Chit Chat with the Queer and Creative. She has been featured as a guest on several international podcasts and blogs.
