My name is Mollie Caguin, and I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with a background in mental health, justice involvement, and trauma-informed approaches. I have experience working with adolescents and adults in both individual and group settings, with a focus on mental health, substance use, and crisis support. In my previous work, I have primarily focused on justice-involved and LGBTQIA+ populations, working with individuals navigating identity, stigma, and systemic challenges while creating space for authenticity, stability, and growth. I utilize a person-centered approach with my clients, knowing that therapy is never “one size fits all.”
In my work, I aim to create a safe and non judgemental space where I can work with my clients towards their goals. I feel particularly passionate about taking a strengths-based approach with adolescents and adults as they navigate complex mental health challenges. I enjoy integrating elements from a variety of evidence-based approaches in order to meet my clients where they are at and support them in the best way possible. I value a collaborative approach, where we can explore your experiences and work towards change that feels meaningful to you.
I graduated in 2025 with my Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Wisconsin is where I also completed Bachelor’s degrees in both Psychology and Social Work with a Certificate in Criminal Justice.
