My name is Rachel. I received an MA in Holistic Mental Health Counseling at Salve Regina University. I have worked with folks who have anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, social anxiety, life transitions, trauma histories, and anyone who is trying to find their way in the world. I work with folks who are monogamous and those who are consensual non-monogamous.
I am here to help walk alongside you in your journey. I look at the whole person and take into account the mind, body, and spiritual needs. Our work together is teamwork. I hope to create a warm, empathetic, and judgement-free space where I integrate evidence-based modalities such as ACT, DBT, mindfulness, expressive arts, somatic therapy, and EMDR to help you achieve your goals.
