Free Online Self-Compassion Group

  

Learn the difference between self-esteem and self-compassion. Self-esteem is judgement based. Self-compassion is about relating to yourself with kindness and forgiveness. In our overly commercialized world we are inundated with messages of excess and unrealistic images of “success”. Come and explore a more compassionate way of being more of your authentic self from a place of loving kindness.

Length: 3 weeks; 2 hours each

Who: 18+ years old; 8-10 members
